A simple buyer event, spend your reward points to buy Limited Edition items and get extra rewards for it in the form of bonus skill point and mastery items. You don't need to rush it, the event is running for 7 days and every Limited Edition items you buy will count toward your mastery progression bar. As you reach each mastery checkpoints, which is marked by the number of items you bought, you will get extra discount for all your next purchases up to 75% off at Gold mastery before reaching Ruby mastery.
To completely master it to Ruby, you will need to buy about 39 items. Upon reaching Ruby mastery you will be rewarded an item mastery that has 367 attack 431 defense and bonus 20 skill points. For complete mastery item rewards, you can see them on the image posted:
