Heist: One For The Record

We have a new kind of event today. It is called Heist subtitles One For the Record. The Heist main target is to Steal the Master Record of the greatest rock album ever from Record Company HQ. There are a few new terms that you need to understand in this new event: Specialists, Training Ammos, and Heist Ammos. You start with three level 0 specialists that will help you on the heist.

Training ammos are needed to train up your specialist while Heist Ammos are used for completing objectives, by that you will then recognize them as consumables. And there are 5 objectives to be completed to achieve the main target. Each objective will grant you heist loot and bonus skill points. The first objective gives you bonus of 5 skill points and the 5th (last) objective will give you 30 bonus skill points. So if you manage to get them all done you will haul 80 skill points total.

First, you need to gather up Training Ammo which is called "Blueprint" for the Record Company HQ by doing Recon Mission. Then you can send your specialist to training mission that requires training ammos as consumables for each time you do some training. Each specialist has its own speciality... doh! isn't that why they are called specialist? So, make sure you train them on an appropriate training mission to get 2x mastery, otherwise you will get normal advancement on the training. You can level the specialist up to level 9 and it seems the progress is 20% (if you placed the specialist correctly) for each click you make toward the next level. This might be true for early levels but I will update this post when it does change when training higher level of specialist.  While training your specialist, you will get occasionally a Heist Ammo called "Replica Record". The training ammo is a 100% drop rate from the recon mission, but the heist ammo is not almost dropping and in fact pretty scarce drop for me personally.

Your specialists are Sable the Imposter, Glitch the Hacker, and Linus the Magician. Once you trained one of your specialist to Level 1, the first objective will be unlocked and ready for action. However each objective has certain minimum level of specialist required. To be able to participate in the first objective, you need to have Sable Lv 1, Glitch Lv2, or Linus Lv1. Yes, that's right... I said 'or' because you just need 1 of them to do the objective. But having all three on the objective will sure reduce much requirements. Sable will reduce the heist ammo by certain rate, while Glitch will cut down the job timer and Linus will increase the reward objective (experience). Once you complete the first objective you will be rewarded with objective loot item and some bonus skill point and also unlock the next objective. Rinse and Repeat... collect ammos, train your specialist to the required level, do the objectives... you don't need to do it in that order but watch the requirements for training & heist ammos. Make sure you have enough before going forward, because if you remove the specialist from the mission you will lose all the progress you made towards levelling up. Keep doing it till you get the 5th objective done, and congratulations you complete the Heist!

[ I will add images for objective loots here, later! ]

The recon mission and all training missions have at least 2.2 exp to energy ratio. So if you have this kind of ratio on your character, you will be able to serial leveling and complete this event easier. However it will still take time to finish the event because the objectives has timer on them. At the end of the event, your specialist will be recruited and added to your inventory as henchmen permanently depending the level of each specialist that you have trained during the heist.

[ I will add information of each henchmen stats, later! ]
