You can buy anytime within the 7-days period and the discount rate will still the same depending your mastery level, which you can master up to Ruby Mastery Level. This is quite different if you compare to Frenzy Sale that you need to buy certain numbers of items within duration of time to get higher discount rate and bonus items zone '4'.
